Besides, we offer exclusive door to door passenger transportation , pick - up service, airport , harbour , ski resort transfers with all size vehicles as standart car, van , minibus , bus, limousine..etc. in Turkey.

Please contact us in case you are unable to reach a quotation about our airport transfers , car rental and transportation services in Turkey.

Reservation :

For reservation we ask you to fill reservation form properly and send us.

Payment:

a ) You can pay by PAYPAL , Credit Card , Bank Transfer or CASH.

b ) We do not ask pre-payment for a reservation request about Antalya Airport arrival transfers. You can pay our driver as cash or credit card in vehicle.If you want to pay with credit card in vehicle, please let us to know it while you're filling reservation form.

c ) If you would like to book a return transportation service back to Antalya Airport, We ask at least of % 50 of total payment as quarantee . You can pay our driver by your arrival transportation and get your receipt. The rest of the payment for return transportation service will be paid to driver as you arrived to the airport.

d ) It is required full payment by PAYPAL , Credit Card or Bank Transfer in case of request an airport transfer service reservation  except Antalya Airport.

We ask full pre-payment for airport transfers from / to Dalaman, Bodrum, Izmir, Istanbul, Ankara, Trabzon, Kayseri, Nevsehir - Cappadocia, Denizli, Konya, Samsun , Mardin, Bursa, Erzurum, Edremit, Canakkale, Balikesir, Sanliurfa, Gaziantep, Van, Malatya, Sivas, Isparta, Gazipasa, Ephesus , Tekirdag - Corlu, Kars, Agri, Erzincan, Mus , Diyarbakir, Elazig, Kahramanmaras, Hatay, Tokat and Usak airports.

e ) Fully pre-payment required for vehicle rental reservation ( Standart sedan cars, van, minibus, small bus, bus, limousine, luxury sedans ) in Turkey.

Variation and Cancellation :

You can always change your made reservation via sending e-mail or calling our call center.

Last moment changes must be informed via calling our call center or sending SMS text.

You can cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your booked service.We refund your payment.

If your cancellation demand informed us less than 24 hours your departure , we do not refund your payment.But you can use this payment for next time.

Delaying :

You do not need to worry if a delay happens on your flight ! We always follow flights as online and our representative will be waited you on time regarding your landing time.

We do not ask an extra payment for probable delay.

Welcome :

Our representative meet you at the exit gate of airports . He will be hold a board with logo of our company or your name - surname on it.

He will accompany till your vehicle.

In case you can not see our representative, we ask you just to call our call center or send SMS text.Our representative will find you in a short time.

Child Seats :

We have free of cost child seat for your kids to able to provide their safety and comfortable travel.If you need a child seat for your kid, we ask you to let us to know it into reservation form.

Beverage Service :

For luxury class ( VIP ) transportation service, we provide all demanded beverages ( whisky, champagne, wine, etc... )  with extra payment.

For standart class transportation service, we do not have a beverage service, but our driver stops in front of a supermarket  , oil station etc. whenever you have a probable beverage, WC needs.
